Camp Nurse

Canada/USA Mathcamp is a summer camp for 115 mathematically talented high-school students (ages 13 - 18); the program will be held this summer at the University of Puget Sound in Tacoma, WA and we're looking to hire an RN for a part-time position. Ideal job for a school/university nurse who wants to keep working during the summer. The on-campus hours would be 8am - 10am, Monday through Saturday, plus being on-call by phone during the day (expect just a few hours per week of daytime phone calls). Job responsibilities will include organizing and supervising the regular administration of daily medications and giving medical advice when kids get sick. Pay comparable with national pay scale (includes weekly salary + additional hourly compensation for time spent doing phone consultations).
